Last updated: September 29, 2026
By creating an account or using Tezla, you agree to these terms.
The service
Tezla helps you research prospects, place outbound calls yourself, hand interested prospects to a person, and book meetings on your connected calendar.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your login secure and give accurate account information.
- You are responsible for the contacts you call and for following the laws that apply to your calls, including telemarketing, do-not-call, consent, and call-recording laws.
- Do not use Tezla for unlawful, harassing, or deceptive calls.
Your data and connected accounts
You keep ownership of the data you bring to Tezla. When you connect Google Calendar or another account, you let Tezla use it only to provide the features you turn on, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Tezla running but provide it "as is", without warranties. AI notes and drafts can make mistakes; review important outcomes. We may update the service or these terms and will post changes here.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Tezla is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the service.
Ending use
You can stop using Tezla at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
