Privacy Policy

Tezla ("we", "us") provides software that helps sales teams research prospects, run outbound calls, and book meetings or hand calls to a person. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Google user data

If you sign in with Google or connect Google Calendar, we access only:

We use Google data only to provide these features. We do not sell it, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train generalized AI models. People at Tezla do not read it except with your permission, for security, or where the law requires. Tezla's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use and share information

We use information to run the service, support you, and keep it secure. We share it only with service providers that help us operate Tezla (such as hosting, calling, and AI processing providers), under obligations to protect it, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Disconnecting and deleting

You can disconnect your calendar at any time from Settings in Tezla, or remove Tezla's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When you disconnect, we delete the stored calendar connection. To delete your account and data, email us.

Security and retention

Connection credentials are stored encrypted and data is sent over encrypted connections. We keep data while your account is active and delete it on request, unless we must keep it by law.
